The Records Division at the Red Bluff Police Department is responsible for the dissemination and maintenance of all police reports and records.  The Records Division processes all the paperwork for the Court, District Attorney and Probation Department regarding arrests and investigations handled by the Red Bluff Police Department.

All requests for copies of records are handled by the Records Division.   The Records Division is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.   A copy of a Police Report may be requested by coming to the Police Department and completing a Records Request form.  Requests are also accepted by mail and FAX.

The Records Division is under the management of Sgt. Beeman, Support/Special Services Division Commander. The Division consists of Records/Crime Analysis Manager Kathy Engel, Records Specialist II Pam Archer, and Records Specialist I Jessica Hoehman.
